The best way to contact The Printed Bride is through the form on this website. Filling this out gets us vital information to get started. Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to you and set up a phone consultation. We can work with couples local to Austin or as far away as Australia. If you would like to meet in person we can set that up, but can work just as easily through emails, texts, and calls.


How much will I be spending? Money and time?

It varies from bride to bride, dependent upon the number of pieces you order, the amount of projects we take on, quality of paper, and so on. The Printed Bride will create an estimate for the work and provide before the process begins. Since the process includes completely customized stationery that are tailored to your specific wants, the process can take around a year from start to finish. However, we will work with the timeline that works best with your dates.


The estimate looks good and I am ready to begin! What’s next?

Woohoo! To get started, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken, and we will have our Creative Call. From there I will work with what you have told me and come up with 2-3 concept proofs to show you.

The revision process consists of providing proof files to you, and then working together to perfect your pieces. Proofs are typically pdf files of your designs. After each round of proofs, you will submit your comments and changes and we will make the adjustments for you until you are completely happy with your designs. The revision process usually takes around 5 rounds of revisions and should include you showing what you think is final to one more person, who has fresh eyes on the project. This usually helps catch any typos / anything that might not be obvious to people heavily invested to the project. After 5 rounds of revisions, an extra fee may be incurred once the design and materials to be used are finalized.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, and credit cards, and can make payments from the invoices provided.


What about Sales Tax?

All orders from Texas will have to pay state sales tax of 8.25%.


I LOVE IT! I APPROVE!

After completing our proofing rounds, we reach the final approval stage. We will send you your final designs and walk you through our comprehensive approval process that will ensure that you receive beautiful invitations. After your remaining balance has been submitted, we will either provide you with the files if you are printing independently, or we will send over to our press to get started!


How long does it take before my order is shipped?

The design process timeline can vary project by project, but usually is mostly affected by the length of time during the revision process. If you come to me with a tight deadline (i.e. you need your save the dates in your hands within 2 weeks to mail out) we can work out expediting the design process.


Do I own my digital files?

Absolutely, once final payment is received, a DropBox link will be provided where you can download the files to keep for yourself. Your files may be used on The Printed Bride website or on social media. Please notify us if you explicitly do not want this to happen. We will always to respect your privacy.


What about refunds? Or exchanges?

Your order is completely customized for you and your event, so all orders are final. Refunds will not be granted for color differences between online proofs and the printed product, or grammatical/spelling errors. This is why we recommend a fresh set of eyes look over your final proof before providing official approval.
